Shipping Policy

PCGame.com.my ships to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. We use CITY-LINK Express for most of our online orders . CITY-LINK Express is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia, however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

We will provide the CITY-LINK Express tracking number in the customer's account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with CITY-LINK Express if necessary.

East Malaysia: RM10 for total game(s) purchased below RM100.00
FREE for total purchase above RM100.00

West Malaysia: RM5 for total game(s) purchased below RM100.00
FREE for total purchase above RM100.00

East Malaysia: All purchases which including PC Accessories will charge RM50.

West Malaysia: All purchases which including PC Accessories will charge RM20.

Singapore: RM25

Return Policy

For software, we provide 30 days limited warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace a same title if manufacturing defects.

For game peripherals, we provide 90 days limited warranty against defective materials and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Any damage caused by accident, misuse or tampering of the product is NOT covered by this warranty.

The Warranty does NOT cover damages caused by any of these :
(a) Use other than in accordance to instructions;
(b) Any alteration or modification of the product.
