Items will remain in your cart contents / shopping cart as long as your did not remove the items. |

| I thought I had more items in my Cart. Where are they? |
You must sign in to your account to see items saved from a previous visit. If you did not sign in during your last visit, your items were not saved. |

| After I've added items to my Cart, how do I check out? |
| Click the "Checkout" button and you'll enter our Checkout process. |

| How do I remove items from my Cart? |
Under your chart contents, you will see a small box under the "Remove" navigator bar. Simply click the small box next to the item you wish to remove, and then click the update button. |

| Does the subtotal displayed in my Cart include shipping and taxes? |
No, the subtotal only includes the cost of the items in your Shopping Cart. Shipping charges and any applicable tax will be calculated during Checkout. |

PCGAME.COM.MY ships to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. We use CITY-LINK for most of our Internet orders. CITY-LINK is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia; however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. |
We will provide the CITY-LINK tracking number in the customer's account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with Poslaju if necessary. |

East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. |

You can cancel or modify your order as long as the order has not entered our shipping process. To cancel or modify an order, please call +603-3326 2295 for assistance, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. or send us an email message. |
| If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped |
If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return merchandise within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we will provide the appropriate refund. |
| What happens if an item in my order is out of stock? |
| Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Remember, you can cancel your order at any time. |

| Refund and Returns Policy |
If you purchased a product from our web site and it is defective, you may exchange any defective item for the same item by simply returning the item along with a note stating that it is defective. We provide 30 days limited warranty from the date of purchase. Returns for refund or exchange that does not include a receipt, will not be processed. |
Please also include a note with your return stating why you wish to return the product. |
The Warranty does NOT cover damages caused by any of these: (a) Use other than in accordance to instructions; (b) Any alteration or modification of the product. |
Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. |
