Search Tips
PCGAME.com.my's powerful search engine makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for.
Quick Find and Advanced Search both look through our entire collection of products to locate matches to search requests. Quick Search is a single-field search. Advanced Search allows you to search on multiple fields and apply search filters.
You can also using our search engine to search by the manufacture.
Searching by Keyword
The keyword search looks for all the words you entered. For example, if you search on "The Incredibles," the search results page will display all products that contain "The Incredibles" in the title. You can be as general (e.g., "Carmen") or as specific (e.g., "Microsoft Access 2003") as you wish.
Formatting Your Search
It is not necessary to use any special characters in formatting your search. Simply enter the words you are looking for.
The search engine is case-insensitive. You can enter your search in all capitals, all lowercase, or mixed case.
Quick Find
Keyword Search boxes can be found at the top left corner of every pages of our website. Enter one or more keywords using any combination of the product name of product. If you use more than one keyword, our search engine will restrict the results to products that match all the keywords you enter.
Advanced Search
The Advanced Search form allows you to search on multiple fields and filters. Searching on more than one field may narrow your results to the exact product or products you are looking for.
Search by keyword and other criteria:
The more specific the information you enter, the more exact your search results are likely to be. When you have entered all the information, click on the 
button to start your search.
Manufacturers
You can find all products from the manufacturer. For example: UBI SOFT.
Select UBI SOFT from the pull-down menu, then all the products under UBI SOFT will list out.
Search Results
The search results page displays information about the product(s) that match your search. Click on the title or the image of the product to read more about it, or click the "buy now" button to order. Resorting Your Results You can reorder your search results by selecting any of the following sorting options at the top navigator of your search results:

- Brief Description
- Price

Shipping Policy
PCGAME.COM.MY ships to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. We use CITY-LINK for most of our Internet orders. CITY-LINK is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia; however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
We will provide the CITY-LINK tracking number in the customer's account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with CITY-LINK if necessary.

Returns Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you purchased a product from our web site and it is defective, you may exchange any defective item for the same item by simply returning the item along with a note stating that it is defective. We provide 30 days limited warranty from the date of purchase. Returns for refund or exchange that does not include a receipt, will not be processed.
Please also include a note with your return stating why you wish to return the product.
The Warranty does NOT cover damages caused by any of these:
(a) Use other than in accordance to instructions;
(b) Any alteration or modification of the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

Credit Card:
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Our shopping cart system is run on a Secure server to make sure your credit card details are safe when shopping with us.
Cheque:
We do accept cheque (payment must be crossed and payable to MICES TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD). Kindly write your member name and the product title, and order ID that you are paying for. Please note that we will only courier the product after the cheque has been cleared. For local cheque, it normally takes about 2 to 3 days for clearance. Please allow 4 to 7 working days for clearance if outstation cheque.
PBeBank.com & Public Bank ATM:
