In PCGAME.com.my you can tell your friend about a product by sending to them an email message.

- Type in your friend email address (e.g. support@pcgame.com.my) then click the Email
icon. - You can type in your detail, your friend detail and also write a message. Click the "continue" button to send.

How to store my interest product?

Visitors Cart
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Cart'. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart.
Members Cart
Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a 'Members Cart'. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves.

If a member adds products to their 'Visitors Cart' and decides to log in to the online shop to use their 'Members Cart', the contents of their 'Visitors Cart' will merge with their 'Members Cart' contents automatically.

How can I check on my orders?
We offer online order status, a feature that will let you check on your past and pending orders. Just click the
link at the top right of every page in our website. This will take you to your account information page. To get the details of your order, click the "view" button. You'll be able to see your order information.
If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Service representative, it will not appear in your regular account, but you can still check its status. Please call +603-3326 2295 between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday and we'll answer your questions.

What are my shipping options?
PCGAME.COM.MY ships to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. We use CITY-LINK for most of our Internet orders. CITY-LINK is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia; however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
